Cancellation & Refund Policy

Things happen, we get it!

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re not able to attend a prepaid workshop or event.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If we cancel, you get a full refund for the workshop missed.
• If you cancel before the week prior to the event you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show at the workshop, you will not receive a refund.
